    You upload your CAD files (STEP, IGES, DXF, PDF, etc.), and we typically respond with a preliminary quote within 3 hours.

    Standard tolerance: ± 0.01 mm (depends on design/material). Surface finish: Ra 0.4 µm or better. We also offer secondary finishing: anodizing, plating, polishing, etc.

    All parts go through dimensional inspection (CMM, gauges) and QA procedures. For batches, we can provide inspection reports, material certificates, etc.

    We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, sea/air freight. Packaging uses foam, bubble wrap, moisture protection, and strong boxes to ensure safe delivery.

    If the delivered parts deviate from agreed tolerances, we will rework or replace as per contract terms. We stand by our quality and aim for zero defects.
